We made it through the first week of school! Joel finished his first week of kindergarten. Elena finished her first week of 3rd grade. And Ethan finished his first week of 5th grade! They are growing up so fast. Everyone likes their teachers and Joel survived his first week of Spanish immersion. Now we are all tired and I'm so glad the weekend is here. Pictures coming in a separate post, because that is really the best part of the first day/week of school, right?

Good for you on making it through!
I got to hang out with Alicia and her kids last week but I forgot to take any photos so I could make you jealous :). But she's coming back in Sept. so I'll have another chance.
We're reading Betsy Tacy! Awesome book- it means even more to Natalie and me to know that you and Elena recommend it!
