Roddick vs. Federer. That's what I was watching on TV tonight. If you know who Roddick and Federer are, then you know that I'm talking about the U.S. Open which is the US version of Wimbledon. In other words, hours and hours, days and days, of tennis. Lately, we've been watching the Open and I've realized (again) how much I really do like the tennis. Its so inspiring, that even at eight months pregnant I'm thinking it would be fun to get out there and play. (Don't worry I"m not going to try anything crazy). Anyway, as I was watching the match tonight I realized that this is a side of me I don't usually get to express. I also realized that I have my highschool teacher and coach, to thank for introducing me to the sport of tennis. So, thank you, Mr. Freeman, for an interest that still fascinates me today. It also makes me want to ask, does anyone else have an interest that not many other people know about?
Just in case you also have a secret passion for tennis or you just want to know more, check out the official website.

Roddick vs Federer was an amazing match!! Over the years I have tried to get into various sports, because, you know... guys should like sports. Tennis is among the few that I have developed a genuine interest in. The other is cycling, particularly the Tour de France. Oh yeah, I really like the Olympics as well, both summer and winter. Anyways, as I was saying I really like tennis, and man that match between Roddick and Federer... amazing.
Hi Paula,
I love tennis too and was able to catch some of the match here in Europe, where Dave and I are these days. I'd love to send a email but don't have your address with me. Can you send it to me AGAIN at daveheidigray@hotmail.com. Glad to hear the pregnancy is going well. All the best, Heidi
