Tonight when I was putting the kids to bed and they were all taking turns giving their baby sister hugs,
Joel asked, "Camila loves us all the same, right Mom?"
To which I replied that she loved them all equally and wouldn't be able to choose a favorite.
Then I said, "Just like you love your brother and sisters the same, right?"
And Joel, being Joel, honestly replied, "Usually".

You know, this isn't really related, but it's freaky how much Joel looks like me when I was a kid.
Do you suppose God has a limited bunch of templates that he recycles more and more as our population explodes?
Somewhere in Heaven Inc. there is a middle manager grumbling about how it's getting harder and harder to put the people cast in the same physical template in places significantly far away from one another. :-)
Why is it that I can completely hear him saying this?
I'm not sure who's funnier... Joel or Simon! : )
But what I really want to know is where did you get that totally cool new template????? It's beautiful!
And, last question, are you doing anything/going to post anything about Lent?
